Clube T / Cuá Cuá
In 2017, Caravela Gest subscribed to a stake in the company that acquired the properties where the well-known Trigonometria and T-Clube spaces were previously located in Quinta do Lago in the Algarve. Together, the spaces total 3,054 m2 of construction area. In 2019, after the conversion works for offices, the Trigonometria space was rented to the multinational “co-working” company Regus and, later, the space was sold to a real estate fund managed by Square Asset Management.
The former Clube T was rented to a new tenant who launched the Cuá Cuá brand, which focuses on restaurants, bars and nightclubs. This space remains in the possession of the company in which Caravela Gest is a shareholder.
Project in Melides
The real estate project in Melides is the result of an investment made by Caravela Gest in co-ownership with another individual investor. This is a plot of land right in the center of Melides where four “Town Houses” of around 250 m2 each will be built in a project by MPA Arquitetos.
The project is in the development phase and should be submitted to the City Council for consideration by the end of July.
